Head Gasket Change

Im going to be pulling the cab off an 04. and what was wondering if someone has a write up and how to do it? Also what kinds of HeadGaskets should i use when replacing them(stock ford or Aftermarket). What other gaskets are need when doing this? I plan on doing studs, Egr delete and maybe just a cross over line. the truck has 122kmiles on it.

ford factory gaskets seem to be good when combined with ARP's and flat heads.

there is a discussion on PSN about lifting the cab yourself..with tips and such.
