Head gasket question

I just but a new head gasket on with fire rings about a month ago but i bent a rod and had to pull the whole motor apart can i reuse the head gasket and rings or should i just get all new?

Sure, cheap out and run an old head gasket and rings, no problem, its not hard to change a head gasket when it blows anyways, only a couple hour ordeal. :bang:bang:redx:

i have put a motor together with used fire rings before

but it didnt have water in the block or no wheres near the cyl pressure yours probably does

and it was a motor that got tore down every couple dozen passes anyways

im ordering a new head gasket but fire rings are fine seen people reuse them its not like im running 5k rpm it only runs 3500 rpms

And what the **** does this have to do with me teching trucks? head gaskets have nothing to do with safety stuff on truck I choose to be a tech guy cause no one else would got any other smart ass comments lets hear them then
