Head problems any ideas?

Hey guys I've been building an engine for what seems like forever now and it appears I have hit my last wall. Cummins Cylinder heads suck!
Mine needed valve guides so I sent it in had it magnifluxed and its cracked in 21 places so I bought another used head same story bad guides and cracked.

Am I just going to have to buy a new oem head?
How bad would the cracks affect it if I ran it?
Does anyone have a good head for sale?
 
nothin guys? any ideas would be nice, I need to get to Oklahoma in september and it would be nice to have this engine in and going it looks like ill put the cracked head on until I get some cash saved up
 
They all have cracks after getting decked and such mine did and ive ran it for 4 years last 2 1/2 at 60psi. As for bad guides its uselly just the exhaust side least what i found on the spare head i just got
