My head gasket went up last season, and i just got it put back together. Its got around the thousand mile wear in on it and it leaks coolant only at 2,800 rpm's and higher. I got a rebuilt head with mild porting, and O-rings installed, with ARP studs. If anyone has some ideas on what it is please let me know, im kinda new with this stuff.

yea when i did mine i torqued then got it hot and retorqued again thay way you can crush the rings some more try that

I've torqued twice: on the install, and then when it warmed up. I believe its coming from the rear of the motor, its hard to tell as it doesn't leak much just high pressure.

No I was told that all i needed to do was let it warm up,and re torque. Then go a thousand miles and final torque. The rings were done by East Coast Diesel . Have they been known to do bad O-ring installs?

I will try a few more heat cycles and re torque's. But don't you think that if its found a passage to leak from, that it will always leak? Or not?
