Do I need head studs on a 04.5 with a intake exhaust and smarty?

No, not yet, when the boost get up to 50-60 then it is time.

They say you're pushing your luck over 45 psi. The stock charger on a Dodge isn't gonna lift that head. So far I have been maxing out at 55 psi with my silver bullet and no problems. I do plan on studs, hopefully within the next two weeks before the TS outlaw event.

Heck with any 6.0 if you're looking to beef her up you need the studs. I'm a little modded but it's the weak link in the chain. Don't freak out over it and think you can't mod up a bit, just know that's the link in the chain that needs to be fixed before you go too far.
