head work/ port and polish CR

Who's the best? Machine the stock intake off and drill and tap for new intake and a full race port and polish job? Valve job with new seats and all the good stuff. Thanks its for a 07 5.9 2.6 truck

The trucks running a hamilton 181/210 107lsa cam and all that. Spends most of its time on the sled track but its still street legal so I drive it as much as I can. Any other information needed let me know
