Header with external wastegate provisions?

I'm sorry if I missed it, but does anybody at the moment sell a 12 valve or 24 valve header with provisions for an external wastegate?

With the exception of a stock 6.7 liter manifold, of course...
(Can you bolt a 6.7 liter manifold onto an earlier engine?)

i think ATS has one, but i heard its salty $$$.

and Industrial Injection has one too i believe. could be wrong on both. looked into it once, but decided to go with an E.D. gate setup.
