help, camshaft?

I'm having an engine built in the next week or so and I'm having no luck finding a camshaft anywhere online? I need one for a 98.5 24V, and would like to not have to send in a core. Anyone know where to order one online? What brand? I've heard good things about Maxspools, but can't find them online anywhere....
 
Yes, a lot of info on cams on this site. Just keep an eye out for a stock cam in the for sale section on this site (or post a thread in the Wanted to Buy section), and send it to Diesel Pros.
 
thanks for the links.....sorry I did'nt use the search function before asking. I know how annoying repetitive threads can get...
 
after doing some research it seems Hamilton diesels "Big Stick" cam would be a good choice for me? anybody running one? thoughts?

181/210---would that be aggressive enough to support 600-700 hp?
 
Call them and ask, other than that you're asking a question that can be answered by searching.

i have a maxspool that is used. has 3500-4k miles on it. it was a drop in for a large single for the street. going to a billet maxspool

i have the specs from greg if you need them. pm me if you would like it.
 
I put in a 108/210 regrind from Peak and I like it, it helps spool and my egt's are nice and low.
