Need some help with this turbo I've googled and can't find any real info on wheel sizes and cfm

I think you would be able to take the housings off and use an indicator to measure the wheels.
 
Ok but how compareable is it to a s400 or a hx82 I got two of em and would like to know if one would be a good canadate for a primary
