HELP!! not getting fuel

I recently did an engine swap in my 97 cummins and now for some reason it still wont get fuel to the pump. im not sure if it could be a sensor unplugged or what... even pumping the lift pump isnt helping. What do i need to check?

If its not pumping up I would suspect the lift pump. Or out of fuel.

If you pumped on plunger on pump with no luck ever getting hard then pump is bad or u have a leak between lift pump and inj pump in my experience.
