Help Please!!! New Clutch Problems!!!

i just installed a sb 13-1.25 con-fe into my 2001 5spd. the clutch does not engage untill the pedal is almost out. i took it for a drive and it slipped real bad so i limped back to the shop. any ideas? i installed the heavy duty hyd. assy. it was pre-assembled and bled already, i assume because of no bleader ports. i looked at it and i see nothing wrong. anyone experience this???

did you put the arm that holds the throw out bearing in correctly that would be my first guess

Aren't the hydraulics they sell as an upgrade adjustable? I'd try that first.

how do you adjust those? all at said was i had to reuse the stock bracket for the master.

where the master hooks up to the pedal you can or you should be able to thread the eye bolt in or out

that wouldn't change the clutch engage point, just where the pedal sits...

i pulled the trans again today to recheck the pressure plate. i saw nothing wrong so i tightned the pressure plate as much as i could. it still slips but not as bad. break-in period? any ideas?
