what size are the fittings on the heat exchanger on a 2001? are they JIC?

i would like to get a hose made before i remove the heat exchanger.

also what does it take to make a 35/40?

what part of the 40? any special model 40? anything have to be machined on either to make them fit together.

i put this in the wrong section:bang can someone move it to the 98-02 dodge.

i really just need to know the size of the fittings that go into the heat exchanger.

also is sending off a 35 to HTT or similar place the only way to turn a 35 into a 35/40 or can it be done without sending it off.
