Help with choosing a turbo

[96Cummins12v]

Ok guys it may be turbo time for me so I need some help. I have some money coming in and I am thinking of possibly getting a turbo but dont know which one. I need it to work decent with whats in my sig for now but of course be able to grow on with injectors etc. I do tow with my truck 10-14k at the heaviest but not very often.

So what do you suggest and if you have something or know of one for sale please let me know, I would prefer used to keep the cost down.
