Help with efi live on a manual trans truck

Hi just a quick question,
I have a 2008 6.7 cummins 3500 with a manual transmission.
I got a single tune from one of the tuners out there and I by accident I said the truck had a automatic transmission. Will the tune still work or do I need to get him to redo it?
