help with mp-8 install

most guys take the knob of and drill a hole thru the dash somewhere or mount it under the dash with a zip tie

I had a small piece of aluminum angle stock that I mounted inbetween the gages on my steering column pod with some Velcro.

i got it guys thanks! i took the retaining screw out of the knob but i couldn't get the knob to slide off the stem. ....i thought i was missing something and didn't want to break it. i got it though, thanks again

Let us know how you like it Jason.

ok while we're on the mp-8 subject...they say its three settings, but mine doesnt "click" seems more like a rheostat control...????

Yeah, mine doesn't have a positive click at all, just dial it up to how much rail pressure you need.

what you're noticing is normal. the mp-8 has more than 3 settings and works just like cbtoyz said, no positive click just a dial. it's gonna make a very good fine tuning tool.
