Ok I got the truck all back together and have been driving it to work and back. Before the head gasket blew tyranny was fine. While it was apart I did pull most of the wiring harness to move it under the cowl. I hooked up everything that I unplugged but now no OD. It shifts up to drive and back down perfect and converter lockup is fine normally or with the switch just no OD. Anybody have any pointer on where to start trouble shooting? The only other thing I unhooked was the BD RAD box but all the dash gauges work fine. If I had hair I would be pulling it out right now. I also use a 12v TPS if that matters but I don't think it should.
 
I unhooked all 3 plugs from the PCM, both plugs over the valve cover and 3 from the tranny itself.
 
Double check the connections on everything and make sure they are tight and they are all in their proper location (I'm sure you've done this but just saying), make sure your TPS sensor is functioning properly.
 
Most time when I have a connection problem I use some electrical spary we have for when we work on jet skis. I spray it in the connection just to be safe, cant hurt.
