Help with Smarty

Hey guys I was looking into buying a used Smarty But It is vin locked to previous owner and not even sure who he is. Is this somthing that can be sent in and be usable again or is this thing junk ? thanks for any info

Junk, unless you can get it unlocked from the truck it was on.

or unless you or the previous owner have the original receipt. I think thats how it was explained in another one of these threads. If you have the original sales receipt it can be reset once or something like that? I would PM or email Bob directly. But dont expect a PM responce back, atleast not very quickly.
