Ive been having issues with poppin coming out my exhaust only in 3rd gear and seems to loose a little power. Not sure its rail pop but def aint injectors. Only happens in 3rd gear though. Any ideas? Truck is an early 04 2500 with manual trans. Programmer i use is a diablo sport predator.

Also on a side note when the predator is turned up, when you let off the throttle or put it in neutral the rpms stick between 1000-1300 for about 3 secs then come down!!!

did you try taking the programmer off to see if it stopped?
 
Yes when i floor it and ive tried taking the programmer off. Its not as bad but still does it. Ive tried everything Smarty, Bully Dog, Ect.. Same pop with all of them, just not as bad stock.
