help!

just installed an H&S xrt pro tuner along with their 5'' turbo back exhaust. we installed the programmer first and unplugged all the egr stuff, then did the exhaust. no the truck has less power than stock and the check engine light and the voltage light stays on, we've tried clearing the codes but the same ones come back and the lights stay on. what should we do next?

Sometimes the truck needs a couple hours of running time do to the 2 scans that the truck does by it's self.

mods can delete! we've fixed the problem. truck runs like a charm!

unplugged the MAP sensor and plugged it back in. lol
