Proceed to truck, remove bullydog, throw in trash, get SCT with custom files from Doug (GoGoDiesel) or Eric(Innovative Diesel)
 
The reason is that bullydog doesn't account for the tranny, an SCT with Custom Tunes does. Stay away from any tuner in a 6L other than an SCT, and do not stack it.
 
Brought the truck in yesterday for the 30k service - dealership finally found something wrong with the transmission. Do not have an exact diagnosis yet - but will keep informed of what they find. A little scary when the service department manager calls and told me they removed the "valve body"....:bang*bdh*
