HELPP!!lookin for the guy that built this truck

heyy yall im from texas, i just moved up from sc to ny bc of the navy movin me...i bought this truck down in florida off of a mom and pop dealer. im trying to get some work done on it but im trying to find the guy that built this this so i can find out whats already been done, theres no other truck like this one so help me out :) any info would be bad ass. thanks!

Yep it has been on ebay for the past 2 years i think the price at one time was down to 12k or so. Lots of rigged stuff on that truck. Rear suspension was horendous.
 
yeah I thought so.... Just thought I'd throw it out there.....I wasn't sure if he made it a dually or not.... but I do remember the build on that truck, can't remember where though
 
well imma pull the motor, fix some stuff and drop it in a diff body. i just wanna try n figure out whats been done so save a buck or to in labor tryin to figure out whats been done
