Hesitation

I searched and no real answers. Here is my problem. 02 with a 6sp, 150 inj, comp box and smarty. With all electronics on or off, truck hesitates just off idle and then between 50 and 60 rpm's. Rechecked the APPS and adjusted. seemed to help some but still there. Should I replace the APPS sensor? No codes for pump or APPS sensor just the normal you get with the smarty turned on.

Just for grins, what is your fuel pressure reading when this happens?

15psi at the pump. I brought it was a FASS and have a fuel pressure gauge installed. Come on guys any other ideas? I don't want to put a p-pump on it.

Check. Then recheck. Then recheck your recheck, and clean any grounds, ESPECIALLY the factory grounds.

check your fuse jumper for the edge, had a very similar problem

I found the signal return wire (not sure which color) was loose. When I removed it from the connector it broke. Installed a new end and working good.
