I bought a ram a couple of months ago and am f%^kin lovin it. has been in the family since new and i have done all the mechanical work on it since it was imported in 2000.

you see heaps of fluffy trucks (fords) over here but i have only ever seen about 10 other Rams in NSW

Its a 2000 Laramie SLT 4x4 2500 auto. it has been converted to right hand drive which makes getting some and the correct parts interesting. thr truck has 130 000 miles on the meter and has never been flogged.

I am a heavy vehicle mechanic specialising in underground mining equipment by trade and have just finished my degree in mechanical engineering.

so far i have built an intake and have a BHAF hangin off the end with a Unifilter oil impreginated foam filter. and i have removed the muffler and resonator from the exhaust in an attempt to let it breath a little better.

Planning to hook up an edge Juice with attitude with the CTS early in the year, throw in a 3' lift and fit a HD bumper front and rear.



i spent a lot of time on this forum and on the cummins forum to get advice and ideas.
