i haw a problem whit may nv4500 i cant get in rewerse do enywone now what it should be or can be??

Might just be on top in the shift fork. I'm no tranny guy, but I think there is a little cap or something that wears in the shifter assembly.

Have you tried to phone Dicken(Boulder Maskin)? or Importgaraget i Hjo?

What year is your truck?
I can send you a CD with FactoryServiceManual of a 2001, which contents the NV4500. I guess there is not that big difference between the years... but I´m a autoguy:bang so I may be wrong.

Where do you live?

try do a search in a couple of forums. I doubt that this hasn´t been discussed before.
 
could be as simple as a worn/broken shift fork pad. I've seen this on the 5th/rev fork when guys rest their hand on the shifter while driving
