Holset h2c for pulling project

holset H2c does anybody have any expertise on this turbo I have one someone gave me

was wonderin if i could run it or get it set up to make a good pullin turbo
 
I think it is the same as the h2e except it has a clamp plate compressor housing instead of a v band not 100% sure though,with a 17 exhaust housing it was still streetable a lot of people ran the 2e a couple of years ago until the pro 52 came into the picture.I think the 2e is a 2.6 but not sure,I do know they take a lot of abuse and keep on running.
 
2e is a 2.4. not sure on compressor wheel on 2c for some reason i was thinkin its about hx40 sized.
