Up for sale is a brand new never installed HX35 Backhousing from Bulls Eye Performance. Its .70 a/r, t3 flange, v-band, 3inch outlet. This backhousing can be modified to work with a hx40. I totally understand how it would improve spool on an hx40 but, out of curiosity, how would a .70 open housing improve spool over a stock hx 35 .70 divided?
 
it might work on a 4bt, but a 6by would have to much back pressure and or overspeed the turbo
 
i was actually going to drop this into my (weekend car) you could say. a supra with a single turbo. i bought this to improve the spool on the holset but i ended up not using it.

not to hi-jack but dont wana start a huge thread for pretty much nothing but what a/r is a stock hx35?

also if you had to put an a/r on it, what would most upgraded turbos around the 62/64/66 range have for an ar on the exh housing?
 
stock 35/12 is about .70
most gated S300s are a 14 which is about .80
