Horrible fuel mileage

'06, 48RE, 4x4, 3.73 gears and 35s. Lots of stop and go driving around town and this thing only gets high 11 MPG hand calculated. No visible white smoke or signs of injector issues but I that is the only thing I can think of.

I haven't looked at the balance rates on the injectors at idle in a long time.

Everything else looks good.

I had 285/75's on the truck and it still wasn't the best of fuel mileage, the 35s killed it completely.

Any ideas?

Stop and go has more of an effect on it than anything, at least on any of my vehicles.

With 3.73's, 35's and the high first gear in the 48RE compared to the 6 speeds, I am afraid that is true, was just hoping for a little better.
