I know these probably get old but what do you guys think I could make on the dyno with my setup?

My plate is MIA
AFC modded for full travel
Stock Gov. spring in AFC
4GSK initial +3 clicks
20.5* timing
48-50psi out of my S465
5x.014" injectors
PDR cam
Stock 181 DV's
Ported Head

At WOT the smoke is a thick haze after full boost is built and EGt's get to about 1500-1600* after 3500rpm. I think anyway, it has been a while since I have driven it lol.

At WOT my fuel pressure pulls down to about 22psi with a new lift pump and fuel filter.

Anyway what would you guy's geuss be? I would love to hit 600rwhp but I don't want to get ahead of myself ya know lol. Thanks!

Well, if you could keep it running long enough to get it to a dyno day.........

When's Buda? I should have a new one by the end of the month if not sooner. I want to have the new one in by Hamilton's cam seminar so I can get some driving/break in time goin there.

I would be as happy as a kid in a candy store if I got 575 lol.

Buda should be end of March. If it goes right I'll be there...

I went in hoping for 350. Was quite happy when I broke 400:D

Lol I would love to but I think after I get it all back together with some cool new parts I am just going to worry about tuning what I have. Work on streetability and efficiantcy, but I still want as much HP as I can out of this setup!

What would you think Forrest?

lmao You make a valid point bud! It actually drives really nice now, adding that camshaft made a huge difference in spoolup. I am at 10psi or so by 1700 and full boost before 2000. I have just really been riding the 4wheeler a lot lately and need to be able to haul around a couple of them as easily as possible.

I think the only things I may add would be...

And...

I may attempt to build my own of those though, I have all the needed parts to make a jig for mock up while off of the vehicle.

I think it's funny you're worried about streetability and efficiency w/ an S400

I'd have to second that comment....

I was like you happy with the large single(HTT 66/71/13)on my 12v and its drivability. Then I got a chance to drive one on a 12v automatic and realized at how bad it really was to drive. The 5spd trucks really help the big charger on the streeet and how it spools.I'd bet money if you took that same turbo and slapped it on a automatic its real characteristics would show.I am still not sold on any header style exhaust manifold for our motors as they yet have any proof they actually do more than lighten your wallet...Andy

datalogged EGT reduction is a benefit

Should be around that time and you damn well better make it. I'll be spraying by then. :D
Now I really want to make it!

What sucks is we have one trip with some friends planned in March, and our anniversary is in March so that's another weekend off.

And every time we go to Austin we spend WAY more than we plan on...
