How about a Dmax turbo spec sheet

Anybody have the specs for a stock turbo,Garrett 37,40&42, Aurora 2000,3000&5000, BD, Silverbullet, Htt & any other Dmax turbos?
It would be a good reference guide for turbo selection. Have the important measurements & potential HP.

It's been awhile since I measured inducer on LB7 stock... I think it was 62mm? Or maybe 60.2mm? IIRC, LLY & LBZ run a 65mm. A5k is 71mm. BD is 62mm. Silverbullet is typically ordered in 66mm, but on the Dodges they can run 62,64 or 66.

I was on Garretts site earlier & didn't see the specs for 3788 series that they sell in a kit & wasn't sure of the commonly used 42 turbo.

Small 42's have a 94mm exducer and large 42's have a 102mm exducer.

How about the turbine side of the Aurora's and the Silver bullet, has anyone taken the time to measure the IND/EXD of the turbine wheel?

From another forum I read:

A A5K has a 70mm inducer and a GT4202 has a 74mm inducer. With modern wheels like in those two turbos a smaller wheel rarely outflows a larger one (it happens often when comparing new wheels to old ones though). In this case it holds true as well. The calculations for conversion to lbs/min from cfm I have looks like this: lbs/min/.062=cfm or .062xcfm=lbs/min. So if you convert the 1316cfm you get 81.59lbs/min like I said and you get 1548cfm from the 96lbs/min of the GT4202.



I know what turbos are in Nasty Girl. I guess I would cuz I built them.

What does a SilverMullet flow?
