Just like the title says, how can I convert turbo ar to housing size in cm?

Cant. There is no direct formula for converting.

A/R is just a ratio of the Area to the Radius as defined here: TurboByGarrett.com - Turbo Tech102

If you know the A/R ratio and you can measure or ballpark the radius, you could figure out the area.
