How to I.D. what year on CR Head

I picked up a head off of a cr today and the guy told me it was a 04.5-05 head but I would like to make sure before i get to deep into the project. The only #s I noticed were under the intake plenum can someone maybe id what year the head came off of with those numbers?

the numbers and words on the bottom of the plenum aren't usually a good indicator of what year the head was off of. I can't remember if it was the front or the back of the head, but there were year/month stamps on the 04.5 head and the 06 heads I have. The numbers looked like they were lazer etched (little dots)
