how to save video

is there a way to save the videos in the video section? i know you can post them on your webpage and so on but i want to make a giant DVD of all the clips i like. only problem is i dont know how to save them to my computer. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok this work's on some videos, using firefox.


download the Video DownloadHelper add on https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3006

You should have an icon like this, it will be colored and animated if you can download the video.

You can not download the video if it is black and white, like this.

Next go to the video home page and click a video you want, so the page looks something like this.

Then click on the down arrow.

Now click on the file.

Then you can save it in a file folder(save it somewhere easy to remember).

Now go to http://www.mediaconverter.org/ and click browse.

Now click on the file you saved earlier.

Now click next.

Then click on the down arrow and select wmv

Now click next.

Then click next again.

Now wait for it to upload.

When it is finished uploading click Download It Now

Wait for it to download.

Click Open

It should open with Windows Media Player.

The file that you downloaded will now be saved to your desk top.

Right click and click send to to send it to your My documents so you can delete it off your desktop.

If you don't plan on sharing it with other people, you could download VLC media player, and it will play .flv videos.
