how will turbine upgrade afect a/r

If you have a 1.32 housing and a 94mm od turbine and you cut the housing to fit a 96mm turbine how much does it change the a/r if at all?

i have read garetts site and many post now and i do not belive it is changed. just looking for some input from the guru's that know for sure.
