How would this turbo work??

I found a turbo at work last night. I pulled the compressor and the specs are 66mm x 98.8mm. The exhaust housing has a 241 on it and the exducer measures 75mm. What kind of fueling and rpms would I need to pull with it? How well do you think it could work?

That doesn't sound like too bad of a turbo really.

Its off of my bosses hot farm tractor or from before it was that hot. They have had it for a while. No other markings on it, It does say holeset on the comp cover. Now I just need to make sure it passes a 2.65 plug.

Does it have a wastegate?
