Im Nick, new to this forum, Im in the parts gathering phase of a 1st gen Cummins swap in my custom 78 Ford F250 Crew Cab. Im Done with the frame splice, took a 4wd reg cab frame and sectioned it at the transfer case crossmember and grafted it onto the ol 2wd crew cab. Looks beautiful. Cant wait for the coal burner! Im interested in swap info, transmission info, and installing a VGT on a 1st gen.:charger:
