ok so with my old setup i dynoed 458/1075 uncorrected heres the old setup:
180 pump
Ii dragon flows.
18*
4kgsk
181 dvs
0 plate
mack rack plug and afc setup for full rack travel.
stock hx35 with stock 12cm housing and no wastegate. i was able to push the stock turbo past 55psi. to give you an idea of how over fueled i was, and during the dyno pull the smoke never cleared. heres a video

now my new setup is all the same except i have a lot more air, enough for 800hp on fuel only. heres the new turbo and i spin it to 54psi with the fuel i have, im considering adding ddp delivery valves before I dyno to help reach my goal of 620-650whp also my fuel system is stock right now as well. and I think the delivery valves might push it over the limits so there may be an air dog 150 on the truck too.

its a k31/s400 hybrid 2.8 / 71mm inducer) T6 flange
Supports 800+ HP 5" inlet/5" outlet.

Better hit a load cell dyno or getting it spooled may be an issue. Are you off from work this coming friday and interested in dynoing? If so shoot me a PM.

Big singles on fuel only are heart wrenching on a non load dyno. Ive seen 13mm pumped truck with the same charger make about what you did with your stocker, Like Signal73 said try to find a load dyno. Should be crazy once it lights.

well i've only dynoed dynojet 248c's, and thats what i plan on dynoing on towards the end of the month after ddp delivery valves and an airdog go in the truck,because i want a solid supply of fuel and pressure.
