i have a 1st gen cummins 12v in my 1990 4runner. i have done a few mods and curious on how much hp -tq its putting out. i turned the fuel pin to the deepest setting P.O.D injectors. a hx35 w turbo 35 psi of boost and the biggest ic i could fit.

thanks chris

Its done by rotating the pump towards the head. On my '93, I pulled my pump over until it touched the head and wouldn't go any further. It ran great, but I'm not recommending it if your worried about your head gasket!

I'm guessing over 600ft/lbs. VEs make alot of torque because of the variable timing.

does that help alot? my w/g is set at 35psi.

Not to take away from compD as there is a ton of good info here, but this will probably be a little more suited for finding info about to getting power out of your 1st gen ctd http://www.1stgen.org/
