HT3B Air Cleaner Tube?

I recently purchased a set of used PDR twins. It seems the only thing I am actually missing is the boot that would connect the supplied 4" air cleaner tube to the 6" inlet on the HT3B. Does anyone know where you can buy such an item? I tried source automotive but no dice. :bang

If you are close to atl. i can make you one, or you can order a 6.0'' boot from donaldson with a 4.0'' coupler, add a short piece of 4.0'' to the filter

The 3b requires a 5 1/2 inch hose 45 degree with a 5.5'' to 4'' or 5'' sleeve.
