HT4B question

What engine did the ht4b come on?

I found a good deal on what looks like a ht4b, but it does not have a tag. Its on a Cummins big cam III. The compressor housing is just like the one that BigDodge posted up, has "USA" and "YWZ" in raised letters. The only numbers the guy could find on it was "16K6" "RHDK" "3520782"

Any help would be great, thanks in advance.
