THIS TURBO DOES NOT HAVE 1500 MILES ON IT!

I PORTED THE STAINLESS EX HOUSING AND THIS THING SPOOLS LIKE A 12 BUT COOLS LIKE A 14

BEST OF BOTH WORLDS

I RAN THE CYL HEAD DEPT AT TAYLOR RACING ENGINES FOR 10 YRS - AM NOT A HACK

DROVE IT EASY FOR 1000 MILES AND THEN TOWED WITH IT ONCE

IT IS AT HTT RIGHT NOW GETTING THE WASTE GATE MOD

I WILL HAVE THEM CLOCK IT FOR YOUR APPLICATION AND DROP SHIP IT TO YOU

WILL FIT 1ST GEN (89-93), 2ND GEN (94-98), AND POSSIBLY SOME LATER TRUCKS TOO

THIS TURBO WILL WORK ON A STOCK TRUCK OR ONE THAT HAS INJ AND PUMP WORK

BEST TURBO YOU WILL FIND FOR 350-550 HP

IF YOU ARE RUNNING 5X18's AND A ZERO PLATE YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF WITH A BIGGER EX TURBINE

and i pay the shipping (lower 48 states)

i bought it about a yr ago but it mostly just sat

had the borg warner arm in the waste gate, it bent (first time out) so htt is gonna do the upgrade

only difference between this turbo and a new one is with this one you will have 300 more bucks in the bank

oh, and you get a free port job

the turbo has an hx-40 style flange machined into it

so it takes a hx-40 dp (they are approx 4")

have one brand new if you need it - all 4" mandrel bent from HTT

$150 + shipping

*down pipe is for a 2nd gen but can make work in a first gen

no, it worked GREAT!

its a perfect match for DDP stg 3 injectors

or for stage 4's if you dont get too crazy with the fuel plate

i wouldnt want to go over 500 hp with this turbo but there are guys on this site that are over 600

i think they would be better off with a larger ex turbine

HTT gets 2000 so i am want 1700

porting and shipping is on me

it does not have 1500 miles on it and will look like new when it ships from htt

*i think forrest has seen pictures and can vouch for the porting i did to both the turbo and the head for my first gen? didnt you forrest? and why resist? its only money...you'll make more. lol
 
Do you have a part number for this turbo?.......like 1362359, 1362359F, etc

because I'm really bad about buying/trying different turbos... I've got a ball bearing 66 sitting on the shelf I need to get rid of before I buy my next "trial" turbo

I've done 62/71, 64/65, 64/71, 66/71, 66/74, and the turbonetics 66/68

never tried a 62/65, and it would probably be optimal for my current fueling (vs. the 62/71 I'm running)

a few weeks. it would be nice to see the difference in spoolup. mines a lil smoky, im guessing its from the 71 wheel.
 
ps - dont tell anyone tho...

htt wanted too much to polish the thing - have it done locally if you are into bling

pps - its already on its way back here

will try to pull it out of the box and post some pix before i leave for the races

nhra is at fontana this weekend. only chance a sportsman racer gets for a full size wally. sports nationals
