HX 40 style dowpipe

Howdy folks, I have an hx-40 style 4" downpipe in good shape, I'm looking for $100 or best offer or maybe trade for something. It has a 5" adaptor welded on to it, if you don't want that I can cut it off to make it 4" outlet. Thanks folks.
