HX-40??

[HIGH TECH RAM]

I currently have an Hx-40 on my 98.5 and its kind of a turd until its spooled. This truck is a tow/work vehicle that hits the local pulls from time to time. I was thinking that it is a 60/65/16 due to it performing the way it does. How would a 62/71/13 or a silver 62 work on this truck? It's got 3.55 gears 110hp stix and a few boxes With a billet goerend. What turbo would I be happy with other than twins.

If your not worried about making alot of power get a 62/65/13ss. The 71 wheel is a little slower.

how much difference does the 62/71/13 make over the 62/65/13 on spooling and power it will be run with a edge comp box and 60 to 90 lb stix later

You also Have a manual tranny. It's much easier to keep rpm's up with a manual. Auto's have different tq converts. As soon as I hit lock up my turbo doesn't spool for crap till 1800rpms
