pump, turbo , and injectors have less then 100 miles. other parts

I beleive the 7 blade wheel makes it a super 40 from what i have read the 6 and 8 blade are just considered hx40

I got a guy wanting an hx40, but I'm not sure about that 16cm housing. He only has rv275 injectors and an EZ. Will it spool decent?
