What does everyone think of this for a towing combo?
I would be happy with 450HP with no EGT issues. What I really want is to be able to climb a hill in 6th gear at 1700 rpm and no EGT issues at all.
I only have 75hp injectors and the comp box.

Old school. I like that combo. You could even go a little bigger on the injectors and still stay cool.

I have an htbg with the 13cm SS, have ran an htbg 14 and an htb2 62/12. They all seem to be warm at the 1800 rpm in 6th gear while towing. I am almost starting to question my EGT guage. They aren't hot, but you could hit 1300-1400 on a hill pretty easy in 6th gear. I want to be able to pick a gear and leave it in that gear. Have power from 1500-2700 and no egt issues.

You could put that ht3b under the htbg and that would be a good combo. It should cool 150hp injectors and lower settings on the comp box.

the 35/3b combo with what you have should keep everything cool running (under 1250 deg) full tilt empty and keep everything very cool while towing on lower levels.

i think a super B or equiv. over the 3B 26cm with some 150's would be a wicked towing setup!

Good proven combo from what I have seen. Let us know how it works out for you as this is the combo I want to do for one of my trucks.

Never installed them. Just gonna stay with a single, it is just my tow vehicle. Figure I can use the cash somewhere else.
