HX35 with or without 4" downpipe!

I have an HX35 for sale. It has some, very minimal shaft play. Has about 60k miles on it. Wastegate works very well. I can include a downpipe that is 3" at the flange to bolt up to the 35, but comes to 4", very nice downpipe. $250 without downpipe, $300 with. Or I will trade for some DV's, 191's, Laser Cuts, Full Cuts...what ya got? Also open to any trade for some other go-fast 12V items. Thanks guys
