The exhaust housing looks to be marked 18cm wastegated housing. The wheel specs are whatever comes on a stock 40. I was told that the compressor wheel is 60mm but I am not sure.
Let me know.
Thanks

6 blade or 8 blade?? 6 blade - 60mm, 8 blade- 56mm, 7 blade 58mm.

I just looked in my pics and it has 7 blades. If I remember right they have more blades in between those also which would be 14 total?
That was the most current pic I had before boxing up but I had turned the compressor housing to line up to the elbow and now has a straight fitting on the boost hose insted of a 90*

What style HX40 downpipe does it take Dart? And what style is yours Turbolvr? Most people down know there are actually several styles.

There is only one kind of HX40 downpipe. The other downpipes are for other turbo's. If its a 40 style downpipe it will fit an hx40 turbo

There is more than one type of flange that can be used on an "HX40" style downpipe. Thats what ATS told me, because the style I had was not the same as they use on the Auroras, although they call it the "HX40" style. Does the flange have a flat lip [__ or is it tapered /\__? Also how tall is the lip?

That started with me. I am a ATS dealer and used a few different Aurora turbos and I had a Bell turbo which came with a downpipe that measures 4.5 od " that I used at one time and Bell used Garrett exhaust housings on their WSB turbos.Well Garrett uses a tapered flange & if you ever fooled with Powerstrokes you know what they look like. A HX 40 along with the Aurora's 3000 & 4000 use a flat 4" flange and they were pulling their hair out trying to make me the correct flange for my downpipe because thet never saw that before in a type S300 based turbo which mostly uses a HX40 turbo flange.
Hope not to confuse anyone but I have installed a bunch of 12 & 24 valve turbos over the years. The 3000 & 4000 in a 24 valve config come wit a flat flange and a cast 45* elbow to bolt up to a second gen if you do not tell them HX40.
Back to it a HX40 downpipe is a flat flange 4".
