HX40 vs HE351VGT exhaust flange

Sorry this might be covered somewhere else but,

I picked up an HE351VE that I'm going to put on my 24v. My question is will an HX40 downpipe mount up to the HE351VE? I've compared the two flanges and they appear to be the same size but I'm not certain if the diameter is the only limiting factor. The V-band seems to fit perfect and the elbow from the 351 also sits flush, but I want to make sure before I dive in.

That's the VGT you're thinking of not the CW correct?

yes it is, good catch. BUT, the regular HE341/HE351 flange is different from the HX40. I would get an adapter flange or the correct downpipe
