I have a hx83 turbo off a cummins qsk23. Turbo slightly used, but in great shape. Very minimal side to side shafts play, well within cummins spec, no end play. Turbo is not passing any oil. Only damage is one of the v-band clamps, the one holding the compressor housing on, has a dent on the outside, not affecting the clamping power at all. Turbo is big. Don't have exact measurement at the moment. Retails for $7000. Looking for $1200 obo plus shipping.
