Update on Dodge's future diesel plans
I went by a dealer today to take a good look at the new 6.7 just as a visual. Nice size turbo (rumored to be able to produce near 600hp). But I was checking out this new EGR system and the manifold being used. There was only a coulf of fleet trucks there that were already purchased so I could not access them. I am wondering if the manifold in any way resembles the 5.9?
Also- the salesman said that it could be as early as 08 when we see the Benz CRD in the Ram. They have already begun classes and siminars on the new changeover...
Could this mean that the 6.7 could only have a production run of ony 2 years?
