If you already have the tuner, all you need is to get custom tunes from one of the good tuners around, then next step would be a tuned FICM other than that there should be no other "tuning" or modules, or chips or anything electrical dealing with the truck. SCT with custom tunes is as good as it gets :evil From there as long as you have the durability/supporting mods (EGR delete, studs, fuel system) you can jump up to injectors and turbo(s) and spray and not need to change anything but get a new tune for the SCT written for the mods you have.
 
why ask the same ? twice one month apart...the answer isn't going to change.
 
I thought that was the deffinition of insanity. To do the same thing over and over but expect different results.
